How and where do I find my driver?
If the pickup is at the airport, unless requested otherwise, your driver will meet you out side at the "Passenger-pick-up area", with a sign in the window with your name. After you collect your luggage and are ready to go, call our office and we'll direct the driver to meet you. If you do not see or make contact with your driver, please call our toll-free number 866-LIMO-090 to avoid a “no-show” charge.
If the pickup is in a location such as a residence or office, we'll contact you 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and provide you with the car number and its location. Here again you should call our office if you do not make contact with your driver, to avoid a “no-show” charge.
How do I pay for my ride?
We require a valid credit card on file in order to reserve a car. We will get an approval from the processor before the ride, and will submit the actual charge after the ride is complete. Although our quotes are all-inclusive, there might be a charge for excessive waiting time, or additional stops.
You may wish to pay for your ride in cash, but we must still have a Credit Card on file to secure the reservation.
Credit card holder must be present to pay for the ride. In the event that this is not possible, a "fax authorization form" must be filled out and faxed to us.
What is your waiting time policy?
At airports, unless requested otherwise we will meet you out side at the "Passenger-pick-up area", with a sign in the window with your name 15 minutes after landing to allow for baggage retrieval on domestic flights. For international flights we will meet you 30 minutes after landing. For non airport locations, the vehicle will be there at the designated time, and waiting time charges will start from reservation time.
The waiting time charges are based on the hourly rates of the vehicle and are computed in 15 minutes increments.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel 24 hours in advance by email, or at least 6 hours by phone to avoid cancellation charges.
What is a “No-Show”?
If you fail to meet the driver at the designated time and location, you must contact us before leaving to avoid “No-Show” charges. A “no-show” charge is the rate quoted plus additional waiting time and parking charges.
How much luggage can I bring along?
Please keep in mind that our cars are not designed to accept luggage on the passenger seats which can easily be damaged by oversized or heavy cases. You may need a bigger vehicle than you think if you take along skis or golf clubs. Please contact our office with any questions.
What vehicles do you have in your fleet?
All our vehicles are late model luxury cars 2006 and up. Our sedans are mostly Black Lincoln Town Cars, Chrysler 300, and other European Luxury cars. Our stretch limousines are all Lincoln Town Cars. We have vehicles to match every need for groups of all sizes. Please call our office with inquiries.
